Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dangles By An-G!

1. Returns

We understand that on occasion, you may need to return an item.  Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s).  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for your shipping cost for returning your item(s).  Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
